Regulations

By booking a session, the client confirms that they have no health contraindications and agrees to the following terms:

1. Opening Hours
   The studio operates 7 days a week, from 09:00 to 22:00.
   All sessions must be booked in advance — either online or via phone/message.

2. Eligibility
   Services are strictly for clients aged 18 or above.
   ID verification may be requested in case of doubt.

3. Health Contraindications
   Please do not book a session if you experience any of the following:

         cancer
         acute inflammation
         fever or subfebrile condition
         poor general well-being
         thrombophlebitis
         infectious skin rashes
         purulent lesions
         open wounds
         untreated hypertension
         bone fractures or joint dislocations
         osteoporosis or osteopenia

4. Arrival Time & Session Structure
   Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled time.
   The booked session includes:

• a short welcome & consultation

• time to undress and dress

• optional shower before and/or after

• the massage itself

           Time spent on preparation and hygiene is included in the booked time.

5. Payment
   Full payment must be made before the session starts, in-studio.
   Accepted methods: Revolut and PayPal.

6. Prepayment Requirement
   To secure your booking, a £50 deposit is required via Revolut or PayPal (payment link provided).
   This deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show.
   Once paid, your time slot is guaranteed.

7. The exact address of the studio will be shared after the deposit is received.
   The location is just 1 minute from Acton Main Line Station (Elizabeth Line) and approximately 9 minutes from North Acton Station (Central Line).

8. Outcalls
   Outcalls are available under the following conditions:

• minimum 90-minute session

• £100 travel fee applies

• Subject to location and availability

9. Client Conduct
   The therapist reserves the right to cancel or interrupt a session in case of inappropriate behavior.
   Clients under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or stimulants will not be allowed entry.

10. Session Timing
    The booked time includes consultation, massage, and shower if desired.
    Late arrivals will shorten the session without affecting the fee.

11. Personal Belongings
    The studio is not responsible for any lost personal items.

12. Erections
    Spontaneous erections may occur during the massage.
    This is a natural physical reaction and does not affect the continuation of the session.

13. Therapist Availability
    In rare cases, the therapist may reschedule or cancel a session with at least 24 hours’ notice.
    In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

14. Confidentiality
    All bookings and client information are treated with strict confidentiality.
    No personal data is shared with third parties.

15. Communication and Boundaries
    Clear communication is encouraged at all times.
    Please feel free to express your comfort levels or preferences during the session.
    Respectful boundaries are essential.

16. Client Profile
    Our services are designed exclusively for male clients.
    Thank you for understanding and respecting the nature of this studio.

17. Hygiene Policy
    Clients are expected to maintain proper personal hygiene prior to the appointment.
    A shower is available before and/or after the session.
    The therapist also ensures a clean and safe environment for each client.

18. Language & Discretion
    Please communicate respectfully.
    Any offensive or explicit language may lead to the termination of the session.
    Discretion is always guaranteed.
